Anyone getting anything? I am waiting on a 12/15 cashout still

So, I get an email this morning from ftp saying they are so sorry for making me wait and they actually gave me $50 bucks, They claim it was because of the holidays and it was inevitable that there would be a long delay. Anyone else getting these emails/"bonuses"?

Well mine has been over 15 days....

I made a cashout on December 15th, it was processed later that night. I used E-check, which would ship the funds right to my checking account. As of today I still have not gotten it and ftp claims many people are having withdrawal troubles. Is anyone having trouble?

My initial guess was cuz of the holiday season...I dont think it has anything to do with the govt or anything tbh.
