• Re:Serious Question About Life Direction (Make >100k RL But HATE It) Please Advise...

It sounds like you need a new job. It also sounds like that job isn't poker... A lot of people hate their job. That's because working for other people sucks... but it sucks a lot less than being broke.

  • Re:Poker on your CV

It has no business on your resume. For college hire, recruiters (not hiring managers) sift through tons of resumes every day. They look for key words that would qualify you and key words that would disqualify you. They then pass you on to a hiring manager. Usually they are judged on the quality of the resumes they provide to the hiring manager. Unless they know for a fact that the hiring manager plays poker (and normally they would not know because they are not personal friends), they are not going

  • Re:Co-ed softball team setup advice

4 Solid Male Players: 3B, SS, CF, LF Why: The hardest hit balls with the longest throws in the infield will be hit to 3B and SS. Many of the long balls by RH hitters will be hit to LF and a good arm is key. CF can also help cover some of RF if necessary. 3 Solid Women Players: P, 1B, Rover Why: All utility positions and thinking positions. Usually 1 of the women will be an experienced first baseman and 1 will have been a pitcher. Thought is usually a bigger requirement than strength in these positions
I met legggyyyyyyyyyyyyy in AC about a year ago and he was nothing but class. An older guy who just loves his dog. I played with him for hours and he never cryed about anything.
I had the same experience in the Bahamas at Conquest. Nice guy. Loves his dog. Enjoyed playing at his table.

  • Re:Need cooking help making quacamole for girl...

My French friend very correctly stated "you eat with your eyes". He told me this after I saw him pour Dean's guacamole into a bowl and sprinkle paprika on the top, then let everybody assume it was homemade. If all else fails, have a backup plan. Buy the guacamole already made and sprinkle paprika on top of it. She'll think you made it yourself because of the way it is presented.

  • Re:Sin Taxes? At what cost? And to whom?

Sin taxes are ridiculous. Either something is wrong enough to hurt other people and should then be illegal or something is a personal choice and should exist in a regular consumer market. To declare something a sin and still say that it is legal introduces a level of gray moral judgement into the government that makes me extremely uncomfortable.
