You are not near the seat pay out. 24 bust-outs necessay to make the seat. At current blinds levels, you have approximately 11166/1000 = M = 11 You can not fold your way to the money. You can play post-flop poker to accumulate chips, if you choose or flip for half your stack if you're thinking of pushing. Still lot of play to make the money.
Is there a chart/strategy for the bubble play? I know the whole "avoid the big stack and small stack try to pick on the middle stack" but is it pretty much a feel thing?
Yes, there is a strategy for bubble play. It mostly relates to stacks/position plays with fold equity. High blind play is very dynamic. If you have chip lead, you can attach the middle stacks if they appear to be going for the pay-out (when the short stack has folded). You should

Why would you want him to fold the turn? You want to make the money when the you have the edge. He could only have 1 or 2 outs to str8-flush or 4 outs to full house with two-pair or 10 outs with a set. Yes, your bet sizing is weak with a premium hand. You should be building early.

Ask them to show you a law or regulation defining "unlawful internet gambling" in your state or jurisdiction. If they are claiming something is unlawful, they should have legal precedent to support their actions.

When they go off in Life Tilt in the chat box, put them on your buddy list. Look them up every time you play. You've got 14 outs and it's not great pot odds but you are drawing to the nuts flush, and will probably get some implied odds pay-off from any >K< if you hit the >5<. Just smile and stack his chips. Don't go on tilt because they call you a name. It usually means they knew they were beat but had to keep you honest.

Drawing dead to non-flush str8 card and non-paired board with that much action; I think it's a fold: 1. There are to many draws to avoid when your draws are vulnerable. 2. It's a strong possibility that some of your outs are in your opponents hands. If they have sets and/or flush draws and they play coordinate cards, your outs are severely reduced and you may be drawing to chop the pot with an opponent with a redraw.

I think seeing the flop is reasonable for the PSB. What have you done in the past? Have you been raising tight or moderately loose. If you are raising tight then you give away the strength of your hand (probably big pairs and big suited cards). Your opponent can call you pretty wide with a range of connectors and play perfect post flop. You miss the flop but PSB cBet and get called. You make trips on a flushy turn board but you only have 6 outs to improve on the river. You should fold turn as played
