  • Re:State of Minnesota to block access to online poker sites!!

This would never even been brought up. People in Minnesota have decided to tighten up their belts and save their money in this terrible recession. Now nobody is going to casinos or spending their money on the lotto. So lobbyists are stuffing the pockets of are noble constituents to block online gaming, so we go to the reservations and throw are money away in the indians crooked casinos. Or the million to 1 shots in the States lotteries. I got an idea, time to move I rely on the residual income from

  • Set vs Set vs Set and Quads ha ha ha

I have never seen anything like this in 4 years of online any advice on how u play ur hand here. Please note: You can only view your own down cards. Other players will only see your cards if they were played through to showdown. « Prev Hand | Next Hand » Hand Number 1314831841 Start Date 2008-07-28 15:59:42 End Date 2008-07-28 16:01:13 Pot Size $3,130.00 Rake $0.00 Game Type Hold'Em Play Mode Real Table Name Players Choice Last Chance Structure NL Community Cards Q 10 6 10 7 Player Information

  • Re:was this a huge mistake?

I don't have any information on the players on ur table but heres my insight. Villian raises from utg which signifies strength. You are holding QQs the proper play would be to reraise 8k more chips which would leave u with roughly 20k chips. If he reraises all in then u have to decide whether or not he has AA, KK, or AK typically thats what ur facing on a reraise reraise. if he smooth calls ur raise then ur in huge trouble with that flop. I guess im going broke in this pot. Just making the money

  • Re:insta-fold?

I think that raise of a dollar preflop spells disaster. Look at that raise with JJ, raise from 50c to a 1.50 he could call with any range of hands. He definately could have 2 overs and a diamond with the ace, u couldnt keep my chips from going into the flop with those outs. He could of set! He could flopped a straight. He could be playing QQs scared lol. Only thing u can beat here in my opinion is an overpair like 66s 77s 88s 99sTTs. In my Opinion raise more preflop so you can try and get better

  • Re:Something I couldn't have laid down not too long ago.

Some one actually thinks possibilities in a dollar tournament? Lmfao. If your posting these, you have advanced to at least the 5 dollar tournies. My cousin plays dollar tournies and he gets excited when he wins 4 dollars, he will call me up and say i just made another final table, lol. I keep telling him to move up in stakes, he may be the king of the dollar chumps. He will say hey you want to join me in a dollar turbo, ahhhhhhhh no. When u play these levels you will never get better you have to

  • Re:What do you think of K8 soooooted?

This is my opinion and you can take it or leave it! Blinds are 10 20 you can raise this hand up to 70 to try and take his 20 chips. Chances are he will fold not really willing to commit alot of chips on a ragged hand this early. Then u will have 1520 in chips be the MAN! If he calls ur raise, he will be in position through out the hand BIG DISADVANTAGE with a mediocre hand. However, he wont think u have K8s but u flop a king u might be in trouble if when u bet and he reraises you. Will you reraise

  • Re:Ridiculous play....or just bad timing?

This play is very successful near the end before cash or after already cashing. Please do not stop making this aggressive play in the future. The small blind is the most respected spot raise from other than under the gun. My only problem is you had both of the limpers call you, most of the time you can get these to fold and take down the pot right there. Also your raise was too small, when your gonna make a strong play from the small blind u have to raise at least 4 times with one limper and at least

  • Re:Time to gamble or time to swallow pride and limp

u dont even call a raise and a reraise all in with AK, you fold this everytime. I think your a good player and realize that u would rather have no action in front of u and push in with J9s and try and take blinds then go in that situation. Thats just me, but I fold that everyday of the week.

  • Re:Flopped middle set on A92 rainbow flop and want to fold

This is almost to ez, he either has AA, AK or KK with the reraise lets play it out now. the flop is A92 rainbow its a big pot, what's the odds this guy bets out pot of 80 dollars on flop with a set of aces into you. HE WONT. So we look at AK probable, he could be betting 80 dollars hoping ur dangling with AQs or AJ and smaller kicker and trying to take down the pot right there or take the chances with his kicker holding up. I can see that play. So AK is definately a probabability. KK, very possible
