lo fucking l @ cutting funding. Clinton nearly quadrupled funding for anti-terrorism. Yes, he missed an opportunity with Osama, but it doesn't negate the emphasis and money he put on anti-terrorism. When george came in office, they basically put that priority at the bottom of the file, resulting in ignoring some pretty serious leads that pointed toward the 9-11 attacks.

on what basis could you even make that type of assumption? if we had a retarded kid with downs in the white house the last 8 years, there would have been only one attack on US soil(ie: september 11th, 2001)
