If you are a US Citizen, you pay US taxes on your worldwide income, irrespective of where you live. You would have to renounce citizenship and become a citizen of another country to stop this being a fact.

Sorry to say, there is no such thing as Tax free if you are a US Citizen. I'm a tax accountant. Wish i had better news.

I'm just frustrated, because i want to deal with this, and am getting no response from them. Its not a lot of cash, $500, but it was my first cashout, so it's a big deal for me. I'll wait til i hear from them and let you know if it gets resolved.
