Online Poker Tournament Rankings

Hi - We are working with bwin to try and get those feeds up and running again. However, we honestly have not made much progress. The bwin (previously PokerRoom) feeds stopped tracking on 06/14/2009 when they changed to their new software client. The original post detailing when and why the feeds stopped can be viewed here . We sincerely apologize for this, and our doing the best we can on our end to get the ball rolling. -Sandy

We are still having some problems with the Stars feeds. I will be contacting them again today and making an official post once I get an update. -Sandy

Hello - It appears that our PokerStars feeds have been interrupted again this week. The last successful update was on 10/28/09 with a few scores coming in on 10/29/09. We are waiting on a response from PokerStars about getting the feeds up and running again asap. Again, if you missed scores last week on the 18th, 19th or 20th, please send the tournament ID # along with your username to rankings@fivesmail.com . As for the past few days, please hold off on emailing support until we have further information

Hello - There is a slight delay in PokerStars data this week. The last successful update was on Friday, October 16th 2009. I have already contacted PokerStars and am awaiting their response about the error. Hello - Party Poker is tracking again, however there is a data gap from 9/28/09 to 10/01/09 . Unfortunately, we will not be able to retrieve the missing data from Party Poker. If you have a missing score that meets our tracking criteria during that time please contact rankings@fivesmail.com with your username, tournament site, date, buyin, place, prizepool, and we will do our best to get some of the lost scores entered.
