ive owned a toshiba and a dell. the few problems i had were easily taken care of with support. my office has a bunch of hp tablet pcs and the computers suck more than swift. hp support seems to have an infinite number of departments, none of which speak to each other or have access to each other's information. at least i'm getting paid to listen to crappy hold music.
