Online Poker Tournament Rankings

he played the big sunday million last week... and was actually at my $5 freezout table about two weeks ago....

I found it very suspicious when you'd continually get lucky playing for free... then when you put real money in you get beaten on everything. This happened more than once over a couple of sites... (looking at you paradise blackjack) My main concern is that your playing against the "house". Unlike poker where you're success depends on other people failing, theres nothing stopping the site from rigging money off every player. As mentioned above, in live blackjack, you can see how

yeah i agree about the pub poker scene.... very hard to have any clue on what opponents are holding... The first hand i've seen people push and call on just the J... but as mentioned above, you have a heap of chips and its early. Just go 'PFFT' and lay it. Wtf are people shoving such big stacks into little pots so early anyway?? Second one's an easy fold methinks too. But if your looking to gamble then go nuts and call. Wouldnt surprise me one bit if he turned over A 9 off...

I Just wanted to get opinions on a couple of toureny ideas.... thoughts? FIRST IDEA - Seeing that sharkscope now have ratings, i was thinking it be interesting to have tournaments based around a players ratings. So for example you could have tourneys for lower, middle or higher rating players. So you could have a $5.50 tourney with rating 0-50 only, a $20 NL game for rating 35-70, or a $55 game for 50-80 and a $100 game for 75+ or something... Obviously you could mess buy-ins around or make it rebuy
