Mine is pretty clear cut. 50/50 w/ makeup. We chop everything including fpps. Im allowed to play any MTT under a certain BI. I can play as much as I want which is everyday because thats how I pay the rent. I can quit the deal anytime and my backer can as well w/o any stipulations. I divide everything in half and take my cut out as long as im not in makeup right away. If I am I just let whatever I win accumulate until it clear makeup. I encourage you to make some type of agreement with you backer

I dont use them to buy items. I use the pts to buy into MTT's and we chop w/e I make obv no makeup. Yes, I actually can stop playing while in makeup. My backer isnt concerned about that ever happening because he knows Im playing for a living. I do have a college degree and did work for very well know international corp, but still its highly unlikely i ever quit and go back to 8-7 job. I didnt make up the rules. Im just explaning my agreement.
