Take a break, read a new book (or an old book for that matter). Exclude yourself for a week. Eat well, exercise, then attack the following week. If you're multi-tabling, start playing one table at a time. Move down a level and feast on the slightly easier play. Take more time thinking within a hand. Just some thoughts on mixing it up - as I do many of these things regularly to stay fresh.
