I am prescribed and have been taking it for years. I dont really consider myself ADD but I feel the adderal helps me with work, poker, and studying. I always take it while im MTing but I wouldnt recommend it for the average grinder. It is highly addictive and yes I feel that I cant play as well when Im not using. But I have also made quick decisions at the tables because of the meds which has hurt me in the past.
