Ok... I don't care if I get flammed. When you are running bad or as I believe in your case just not having played enough, have dish-a-prin (lmao) and.. TIGHTEN UP! Play in posistion. Learn to read the board. Study your opponents. (Do not call an all in when you have 2nd or 3rd best against a TAG player) Im sure there is more but that is a LOT for someone to work on.

I saw a big improvement when I got down a good 3-betting / re-stealing range. Just make sure you know your opponent and at least have a good idea of what your next move is going to be when doing it.

Disipline is key. When you say you were a winning poker player, what does that mean? You were winning for what lenght of time before you were no longer a winning player?

This is very common for banks to do this. FTP has no control over it. Where I used to work we did a lot of transfers. International wires are the worst.
