As a native New Yorker and 3 year resident of Las Vegas, I've eaten the best food in the world. I moved to San Diego 6 months ago and have found some places that are pretty good. I am very picky so hopefully this helps you out. Italian- Cafe Bella in PB or Piatti in La Jolla Mexican- Cafe Coyote in Old Town or La Puerta downtown Others- JRDN at Tower 23 Hotel in PB- Really good funky steak place Suite and Tender in the Se Hotel downtown- best meal i've eaten in San Diego. it's a steak
