how could you feel beat on the turn? The turn was a blank. Im going broke here, thats why we play with a lot of buyins. If your beat, buy back and you will make it up a few hands later, but I would never fold. The only range you could put him on is AA, TT or QQ, if either then GG. Buy back

I am a MTT or SNG player, but now I am getting serious into cash games only. I multitable, but never put more then 5% of my bankroll at a table. This might be considered playing outside of your roll by some, but I haven't gone broke yet. How many hand do you think it would take on average to move up in stakes? I am now at 5k hands, and I am profiting, but much slower then I anticipated, how many hands have you doubled your bankroll, playing within your limits? No brag posts, IDK if you make 5k

Dream flop w/o a set but , you have to raise here. I assume you are beat, but thats only after the fact.

1) it really depends on how many plays are left, and average stack size. But normally with less then 10bb, and this is almost 100% with me, I shove A7+, KQ, 55+ and in late position the range even widens. 2) You shouldn't get involved unless you have AK, QQ,KK,AA,JJ. A shove with his stack pf is probably a mid pp or AK. So you have to figure out your range, are you racing or dominating? It is player dependant. But remember, the UTG is forced to shove with a very wide range very soon (within 5
suspending HU cash games for the promotion? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? why not just remove them as eligible games???? I only have time to play a full day on the weekends, and this is the only thing I play. I will probably withdrawal all of my funds from Pokerstars very soon because of this!
You could go play heads up SNG's for your average buyin amount...

Knowing that a NIT is a tight player I still don't understand the term itself. Why nit? What does it stand for? How did it start? Etc... Donkey, rock, lag, and the rest all make sense. So again, what is a nit?
how does donkey make sense? are the animal donkeys horrible at poker?
Because a donkey is also known as a jackass. Donkey = Jackass.... Nit = Nitpickey - finicky; overly critical; concerned with insignificant

I just went through a bad downswing, but came back out of it better then before. I quit playing for 3-4 days and drank off the memories. So take a break. You keep playing turbos, you might want to try some non-turbos and see if that makes a difference. Also, Berry Greenstein said to move down in buy-ins if you are in a downswing. It can rebuild confidence and you will not lose as much money if you are still running bad. Good Luck, if you're a winning player you will come of it.

I see this play all the time, it seems to be AK 95% of the time. Horrible plays, all you can do is fold here.

going broke? No but I'll be short stacked. His river min-raise was telling you his hand, I wouldn't have shoved over it.
