Well I certainly don't like his call of your raise, but I think it's reasonable. You still had quite a few outs and you happened to miss. You played it fine, better luck next time. I think leading out may have saved you some chips too. If he pushes to a 3/4 pot bet, I'd lay with confidence. I really think the lead out oop is an underused and valuable play. Folding preflop is pretty damn nitty btw. You're ahead of a button raisers range.
