Ok first I would like to say thank you to those railing me and supporting me in this thread. Real Estate certainly has been treating me well this year despite the so called down market. I have always wanted to play at higher stakes and now that I have the disposable income to give it a shot, I am taking advantage of the opportunity (with full support from my better half which is nice). Real Estate Agent in the Greater Toronto Area! Best business in the world quite frankly :) Used to be an executive analyst for an international business consulting company (traveled around the USA and would do a complete analysis of small to medium sized business from structure to financials to find out where they had problems). That was a real cool job, but the travel sucked ass and was not conducive to having a healthy family life!
