Kyle "kcannon" Cannon (pictured) had a big enough weekend to be the front page feature in this week's tournament report. His win in this week's UltimateBet $200k Guaranteed was worth $45k and rivaled his other biggest online win of $49k back in May on PokerStars. He also beat out a couple other P5ers to get there. Pauly007, who also finished 8th in the Full Tilt Sunday Mulligan, took 6th, and long time P5er Mennas Joint finished 7th.
That same Sunday Mulligan mentioned above was won by a P5er as well. One week after annette_15 took down the event, P5er TheKark took the top spot for better than $35k. JayPez and Kbroz finished 6th and 7th respectively. In the bigger Full Tilt event, the $750K Guaranteed, we got to see one of the most popular P5ers, Mr_BigQueso, at the final table, where he cashed for $31k.
No one's ever surprised to hear SCTrojans (left) won a tournament, so this week's Bodog $100k results shouldn't shock anyone either. SC won it for $25k, beating P5er thatsnice heads up. Aaron_Hacker took 4th in this one, with Ramux finishing in the next spot. Long time ranked player and P5s contributor mattg1983 finished 9th.
A few strong finishers on Stars included n1stunnor and dpottz, who took the 2nd and 3rd spots in the Sunday Warmup. The prizepool in that event was over $450k this week, and they received $45k and $30k respectively for their finishes. In the Second Chance, HouseeLover took 2nd, clarkatroid finished 4th, Batera was 5th, and jesse42782, dogsballs, and Stoweski were the bottom three at the final table. In the big one, the Sunday Million, MyWordIsBond came in 2nd for about $95k. IWEARGOGGLES and Crawfdad also got big payouts for 5th and 7th place.
Agriffrod (right) picked up yet another big win by taking down one of the very toughest weekly events, the $200 rebuy on Stars. Both the next two finishers, Crice25 and Nutstr84444, are P5ers as well, and ranked players THE__D__RY and scarface_79 were also at the final table.
