Sluggle (left) has had some big wins in the past in online poker, but this weekend he had the Sunday achievement that stands above all others on a weekly basis. His first place finish (after a 4-way chop) in the PokerStars Sunday Million was worth more than $160k.
P5ers Runnerspleas (right) and worldsgrtest were also at that final table, finishing 7th and 8th respectively.
Full Tilt started up their FTOPS on Friday, and P5er guzzinator made a huge cash in the first Sunday event of the series, taking 2nd place for more than $92k. PearlJammer just missed the final table in the event, taking 10th place.
Ari (left) showed up in a big way on Sunday, taking first place after a chop in the Sunday Warm Up and capitalizing on a newly raised guarantee, which now sits at $350k. Legato also took part in that chop, and he ended up finishing 4th. Sirio11 and four6suited were the 5th and 6th place finishers, and P5er spanishfly took 8th.
A P5er also took down the Bodog $100k, and that was Prager, who took home $25k for his win. C-Donkey took 5th in the event, playing as xiankash, and longtime OT contributor and user moderator BigGunX cracked the final table as well, finishing in 9th place.
In the $200k on UltimateBet, stevie444 was able to make it to the final two before finally busting out, and he cashed for over $26k. MLG (well known as anakinso) took 3rd, JohnnyGstaks finished 5th, and DSnyder766 ended up in 7th.
In the other Stars tournaments, there were some interesting results as well. Dariominieri won the $200 rebuy, besting P5er and ranked player martine23 in the heads up portion of the event. Busto_soon, currently 3rd in the 2007 Yearly PLB, took 4th place, with mman_status coming in right behind at 5th. P5er smokingjoep broke into the final table, finishing 9th.
In the 2nd Chance $200, TravestyFund and Ditka89 took 3rd and 4th respectively. Itssuited (aaaaaaaa) finished 6th, with basebaldy coming in 7th and fjgotgame24 ending up in 8th.
