Participation was down a bit in the Sunday tournaments this week, probably because of the Super Bowl.  PartyPoker actually did not hold any of their usual $200+15 events this weekend, which will explain their noticeable absence from our reports.

We’ve decided to start including the $150+12 events on PokerStars and PartyPoker, since they’ve been bringing in so many players, so these results will now be a part of the weekly report on PocketFives.com.

While not listed in this report, PocketFives.com's top ranked brsavage placed 3rd in the $250k guaranteed $2000 buy in event on Bodog, winning $30k.  Nice work there, Chris.  Second ranked Exclusive finished 12th, although only 9 spots paid out.

Some of the most noteable finishes of the weekend were in the UltimateBet $100k Guaranteed $200+15 event, where WestTexasMan and Jsup both made final table appearances.  The Monday $150+12 tourneys were pretty interesting as well, with JohnnyBax (JohnnyBaxter) finishing 9th on PartyPoker and brsavage, sheets, and GooseWit all making the final table on PokerStars.  Premier just missed the final table in the Stars event.
