WOW, another P5er took down the $1M guaranteed on PokerStars this week, it's the second time this has happened in the month of May! This one, however, was won without a deal, and first place paid just south of $160k. Congrats to Rizen on beating more than 5,000 competitors to make this huge score! Congrats also to rabscuttle, who took 3rd place for more than $50k!
It didn't stop there, as more P5ers made huge scores in the Sunday majors. Classyploppy and iMsoLucky0 finished in the top 2 spots in the Paradise $150k guaranteed, with Pckt Bullets coming in 5th.
Congrats to P5er JINXY-MONKEY, who took down the PokerRoom Weekly Big Deal for more than $21k! This is a tournament that is growing, and this weekend, the prizepool eclipsed $80k. Hopefully it'll keep growing--the tournament has a great structure and is a lot of fun to play!
P0ker H0 was in full force this weekend, taking second place for nearly $30k in the $200k guaranteed on Full Tilt. KRISTEN took 7th in the same tournament for a nice payday.
Colson10 also had a nice weekend. He took 6th in the Bodog $100k, 10th in the PokerRoom Weekly Big Deal, and won two satellites on Saturday to $10k live events on PokerStars and Full Tilt. This guy is winning all over the place right now, and he doesn't seem to be slowing down one bit.
Other P5ers to make big final tables this weekend included tunnny, who took 6th in the PartyPoker Friday Special, sheets, who took 6th in the Prima $100k guaranteed, and mordan and rgballin, who finished 3rd and 4th respectively in the UltimateBet $175k guaranteed. Oh, by the way, Rizen also took 6th in the UB tourney, to add an extra $8,350 on top of his six-figure score on Stars...
