For the first time since its inception, PocketFives.com is proud to report that at least one active member of the community made the final table of each of the major Sunday tournaments.

Of special interest this weekend was the "Grand" tournament on PokerRoom, the third of its kind on that site with a $1000 buy in.  First prize was $121,250, and it went to none other than DoubleLucky, who played under the name LuckyIsAs...  Gank placed 18th in this event, which paid out 60 spots.

In a seemingly huge twist in the monthly TLB race on PokerStars, Riverloser took 2nd place in the $500k guaranteed, winning more than $79k.  gigabet could not have been happy to hear this news, as Riverloser is always a top TLB contender, but as we're sure they're both aware, August is a long way from over.  gotskillz? (playing as jusgivithere) also reached the final table, finishing 9th.

On Full Tilt this weekend, muchaka finished 6th and raiderman77 finished 8th in the $35k guaranteed.  Shawn "westtexasman" Rice took 8th place overall in the $100k guaranteed on Paradise.  In the $100k guaranteed on Bodog, donflun took 3rd out of more than 700, MarvinGarden placed 7th, and TOP GUN 711 (ljrtr) came in 9th.  Wachovia (13th) and browerkid (18th) both narrowly missing the final table.

browerkid, not satisfied with the near miss on Bodog, made it all the way to the final table in the $350k guaranteed on PartyPoker, finishing 5th overall for more than $22k.  A few key hands came when he was holding pocket fives, including the hand on which he busted out of the tournament.  Earlier, he had hit a set of fives to double up against an opponent who held aces.  One other good result on PartyPoker this weekend was had by isuck123 (playing as ibite123), who took 9th in the $200k guaranteed.

Finally at the end of Sunday night, JohnnyBax came in 3rd in the $115k guaranteed on UltimateBet, winning more than $12,000.  Other P5ers/noteables who did well in this one included BuckElvis (4th), lefort (9th), SailorLobell (12th), and CoolHandTony (19th).
