alagrini Eugene, Oregon, United States Ive been playing on ACR for about 6 months, only getting a few tournaments per session though. Software is garbage, cashouts are great. Overall not bad, but def not grinding a full schedule on this site. Not sure if anyone is getting cashes from this site tracked on P5s, I havent been able to yet. Posted May 16th

alagrini: I did email them and was told if my login name didnt match my screenname then cashes would not be tracked. Then emailed ACR and was told I could not change login name, so who knows. Last i heard P5s was working on it.

EasyMoney J8: I use PT and have to manually input all buyins and cashes.... Been on the main site for 2 years, never had a problem with checks, acurate time lines.

wackyJaxon: Hi, the feed for ACR/WPN is working fine. It may be that you have tournaments that aren't meeting our rankings requirements of having at least 75 entrants, a minimum of a $500 prize pool, and at least a $1 entry fee. If you do have missing tournaments that meet these requirements that are at least 2 business days old that you want us to investigate, please contact support@pocketfives.com and we would be happy to look into it.

wackyJaxon: And yes, unfortunately depending on the skin, it is being tracked on log-in name which you can enter on your profile. We are working with them to try to fix this, but it doesn't appear they will change their feed for us any time soon. We do keep asking them to change it so it is tracked on screenname for everyone.
