This week's PocketFives Podcast, brought to you by Carbon Poker, features an interview with Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA), who recently introduced HR 2267, the Internet Gambling Regulation, Consumer Protection, and Enforcement Act of 2009.

Rep. Frank's aim with HR 2267 is to pave the way for online poker regulation in the United States. A separate bill would also delay the UIGEA regulations from being enacted. In his interview this week, Congressman Frank continues to fight for players' rights to gamble online. Although many industry representatives are doubtful that online poker will be regulated in the United States this year, those same representatives agree that the momentum on this issue is clearly in favor of the online gambling industry.
