Damn you Ryan Palmer. Damn you Pat Perez. Damn you George McNeil. And damn you Jimmy Walker, I guess you really are broken.

I have lots of everybody else doing well, but those fellas ruined my dreams of making a million bucks on fantasy golf this weekend. I hope one of y’all wins it.

Lots of stuff to gamble on tonight. There’s 3 NFL preseason games tonight starting at 2000 DFS time. I won’t be touching them, but from what I hear there is money to be made if you can figure out who’s going to be getting the touches. Touches = minutes = money. Instead I will be attending a demolition derby and hoping to find a way to gamble on it. Lots of baseball action tonight with 13 games on the slate. Don’t forget about NASCAR tomorrow; engines start at 1430. I’ll get into some picks and numbers in tomorrow’s update which should be posted later tonight. Does anybody know how to predict fastest laps and laps lead? I’ve been doing well with my projections thus far, but if I can nail those down then I’ll feel really good with my projections in terms of fantasy points. Please holler at me if you have ideas.

Coors Field is in play again tonight. I loved the spot to fade last night with the pitchers on the hill and the fact that the Padres and Rockies are really not that good at hitting baseballs. I regularly target pitchers against both these offenses, just not when they are in Coors Field.

Three pitchers and three pitchers only shall I be utilizing tonight. I have Arrieta and Cueto ranked one and two. I like Cueto better on DK and Arrieta better on FD, but I still might lean Cueto in FD cash games because he is more likely to get the win. Arrieta faces Quintana making it tough for either of them to get the win. Quintana is the other pitcher I like tonight. His price is fantastic across the industry and he has just as much K upside as anybody against the Cubs, whose batters still lead the majors in strikeouts with 1040. HOU (1013), SD (968) SEA (935) and BAL (929) round out the top 5. Lots of people will be on Archer but I don’t like him here (I usually like him). He’s extra expensive now. He’s got the 3rd worst possible park shift. TEX is 7th in wOBA vRHP, 12th in K%. While Archer strikes out more guys than Cueto (25.3% v 24.3%), I like the matchup vs a cold LAA team 17th in wOBA vRHP and 13th in K% at Kaufman Stadium, a much more pitcher friendly park.

There’s a couple of must plays for cash games I see out there; John Caso at C and almost as strong is Jose Altuve at 2B. Altuve has Rendon as a cheaper option, but Jaso is hands down the nut play at C today. I like Goldschmidt at 1B tonight, that position is weak again tonight. I like Ryan Braun, but my value dong of the day award goes to Khris Davis at 3.6k on DK. I have him projected as 2nd most likely to dong today, pretty far behind the other Chris Davis and just ahead of this guy named Miguel who just got off the DL.

Some of my favorite punts are Coco Crisp, Shane Peterson, Gregor Blanco, Aramis Ramirez, Justin Bour, and Scott Van Slyke.

I’m mostly fading Coors in GPPs again tonight although I may have some SD exposure. ARI is my favorite stack followed by MIL, HOU, and TB.

Catch me on the 530 show at RotoGrinders this evening.

Good luck have fun see you later tonight for Sunday’s preview with NASCAR picks!
