PocketFives: Congrats on getting seventh in the New Jersey Championship of Online Poker Main Event. Tell us how you are feeling.

Oliver Dent: I am pretty happy at the moment considering I took Monday to Friday off prior to that Sunday after an awful run in the $100,000 Guarantee on Party/Borgata the Sunday prior.

Pocketfives: How tough was the final table?

Oliver Dent: It was pretty tough considering I came in as the short stack with about 15 big blinds and had two monstrous-stack aggro players directly to my left. I tried to wait and pick up a hand to shove with, as the two big stacks were being very active. I picked up Q-Q and shoved into an earlier position raiser, who took about a minute to call with 5-5. He flopped quads, which ended my tournament run.

Pocketfives: Do any particular hands stick out during your final table run?

Oliver Dent: About five hours in, I had 5-5 in late position facing an UTG min-raise and a call. I called and saw a flop of A-5-J. UTG checked and the caller promptly bet half the pot. I flatted and the UTG raiser instantly made a healthy raise. The caller folded and it was back to me.

At this point, I was actually thinking of folding because of the dreaded set versus under-set scenario. After about a minute of going through hand ranges, I put him on A-K or A-J, called, was shown A-J, and the board ran out well for me. I went from about 400th place with 500 left to top 20 and stayed there for pretty much the remainder of the tournament.

Pocketfives: Do you have any plans for the money you won?

Oliver Dent: I think I am going to surprise the wife with a Jamaican vacation for the week after Christmas.
