Playground Poker Club is playing host to partypokerLive Million North America.

Playground Poker Club in Montreal has already hosted two World Poker Tour events and is now the site of the next partypokerLIVE event, Million. Similar to the event that recently wrapped up at the Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham, England, this tournament starts with Phase 1.

As with the Dusk Till Dawn version of this event, Phase 1s are running at the price point of CAD $550 with satellites available starting at a single penny. There are two ways for players to enter Day 1 of the event. They can either advance out of their Phase 1 session or buy in directly for CAD $5,300. There are two online Day 1s available. The first took place on April 23 and the next one is this Sunday, April 30 starting at 8:00 pm ET. All players who enter will start with 1,000,000 chips and play 10 40 minute levels.

For those looking to play live right away, Day 1 sessions start at the Playground on Friday, May 5 at 12:00 pm ET. The price point for live Day 1 entries is CAD $5,300 and there is another Day 1 starting on May 6, also at 12:00 pm ET.

Whether you qualify for Day 2 online or live, the full Day 2 field will combine on May 7 at the Playground. Registration is still open on Day 2 for CAD $5,300 and all players who register then will start with 1,000,000 chips. From there, the field will play down each day until the final table on May 10.

Based on the success of the partypokerLives series thus far in 2017, the Million event at the Playground should prove to be a massive hit in one of the last stops before the poker calendar shifts to Las Vegas at the end of May.
