American Poker Player Jason Weber finished Day 5 of the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event in 13th place with 4,130,000 in chips. He ultimately took 47th place for $152,000.

Going into the Main Event, Weber had almost $170,000 in live tournament cashes, which was good enough for fifth place in the South Dakota all-time money list according to the Global Poker Index.

His Main Event run is his first known cash in any World Series of Poker event. His first recorded live cash came back in November 2006 when he took sixth place in a $1,700 Heartland Poker Tour event at the Royal River Casino and Hotel in Flandreau, South Dakota for almost $9,000.

Weber followed that up in March 2007 with a fifth place finish for over $16,000 in a $1,500 Heartland Poker Tour event in Las Vegas.

In July 2007, Weber min-cashed a Heartland Poker Tour $2,200 event at the Majestic Star Casino in Gary, Indiana for almost $3,000 after he finished in 39th place out of 442 players.

After a five-year break in cashes, Weber finished in 12th place in a $440 WPT Regional Series event at Seminole Coconut Creek for about $4,000 in August 2012.

A year later, Weber had his biggest live tournament score at the time with a third place finish in the Everglades Poker Open in September 2013 for almost $23,000.

Weber’s first six-digit cash came in March 2014 in a $1,090 Battles at the Beach No Limit Hold’em Main Event when he bested 510 players to win the tournament and add $115,000 to his bank account.

Weber’s last recorded cash prior to the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event came in the spring of 2014, when he took 63rd place in the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Summer Poker Open for almost $1,000.
