In Nevada this week, WSOP.com ran three of its four $3,000 events as scheduled. On Wednesday, the site ran a special satellite for two $1,500 seats to the 2014 World Series of Poker. All of their events exceeded the guarantees. There were 236 runners with a total prize pool of $17,000.

Two players who won a $1,500 ticket to an event at the 2014 WSOP were Forthekidsand Kryptonite1.

The player with the highest cash win was ATLienwith a payout of $1,529 for taking down Friday night’s event. ATLien is no stranger to these events, having made 12 final tables and winning three of the $3,000 events outright. Year-to-date earnings for ATLien are at $7,661. He started cashing in these events in December 2013 and has been seen making the money almost every week since.

One of the volume players on WSOP.com to keep an eye on is brokefinger. He has cashed in almost 40 events this year, 13 of those being wins. He plays almost equally in the larger and smaller guarantee events with great results in both.

This week, Ultimate Poker held four tournaments, the $2,500 Nightly events. There were 106 runners generating a prize pool of $10,829 and paying a total of 19 spots. The highest cash this week went to VegasPlayerfor $1,146, a relative newcomer to the final tables in the $2,500 events. He has made two final tables in the Sunday $10,000, winning one and cashing in the other.

A very high-volume player on Ultimate Poker to keep an eye on is Rick2007, who has cashed 36 times this year for over $20,000 total. He has had five first place finishes to go along with seven second place finishes this year.

The following are the tournament results for this week from Ultimate Poker and WSOP.com, two of the legal and regulated online poker sites in Nevada. Visit PocketFives’ Nevada poker community for the latest news and discussion from Nevada players.
