Nevada Weekend Tournament Review for August 17, 2015
This weekend in Nevada, 13 PocketFives members made it to 18 final tables and cashed for $11,506 collectively, or 17% of the available prize pool. ChaosTheoryled the way with over $3,100 in winnings. JCHAK(pictured) had the most cashes at three and took home over $1,373. Only one PocketFiver finished in first place, as ColHanzLanda won the Sunday Freezeout for $1,173.
WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with nine events including the Weekend Warm-Up $5,000 Guarantee and Re-Entry R&A $3,000 Guarantee on Saturday, the $2K Sunday Freezeout, the $20,000 Sunday Guarantee, the $3,000 Guarantee Six-Max, and the $10K Sunday Reloader.
WSOP.com had 645 runners vying for the 144 available prizes totaling $64,743.
The player with the highest individual cash was SLAMDUNK in the Sunday $20,000 for $7,071, making him a back-to-back winner as he took down last week’s Sunday $20,000 as well.
