In Nevada, WSOP.com kicked off its weekend with six of its seven major events including the Weekend Warm-Up $5,000 Guarantee and the Re-Entry R&A $3,000 Guarantee on Saturday and the Sunday Freezeout. WSOP.com had 283 runners vying for the 34 available prizes totaling $27,475. One of the events was a $215 buy-in with the top prize of an entry to the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event worth $10,000.

The player with the highest individual prize this weekend on WSOP.com was pongpongin the WSOP Main Event Qualifier, winning a $10,000 seat to the Main Event. This was the first time that pongpong has been at a final table in the major events this year.

The player with the highest individual cash prize this weekend was attilain the Saturday Weekend Warm-Up for $2,000. This gives attila a first, second, and third place finish in this event this year for almost $5,000 in total winnings. It is the only major event that he has cashed in.

PaulDewald (PremiumStud on PocketFives, pictured above) started the weekend off by winning the $3,000 Nightly on Friday and coming in second on the Sunday Freezeout, giving him a $1,600 bankroll boost this weekend.

This weekend saw Ultimate Poker run five major events. For the next five weeks, Chase the Dream has been added to the Sunday lineup with payouts of $5,000 for first and second place. There were 198 runners fighting for the 34 prize spots available, totaling $29,000. Due to the new event, Ultimate Poker had overlays this weekend totaling almost $16,200.

The players with the highest individual cashes were 4BETFOLDand hypnotix.lv in the Chase the Dream event on Sunday. Each player won $5,000. That event had an overlay of $13,150. The winner of the Sunday $10,000 on Ultimate was m1a1tank19kfor $2,900. That event had an overlay of $2,900, as the guarantee was not met.
