This week's Podcast features an interview with Michael Bolcerek of the Poker Players Alliance, as well as a one-on-one conversation with cash game specialist "ShipItThisWay" Mike McNeil.

Nearly ten months after the online poker world was shaken by the passage of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, Poker Players Alliance members have more reason than ever to be optimistic. Proposed legislation by our allies in the U.S. Congress could become the cornerstone of an online poker community that is taxed and regulated.

According to PPA President Michael Bolcerek, the timeline to possible passage of proposed bills that would legalize online poker could be less than a year. Mr. Bolcerek reaches out to online poker players and asks them to become more active locally by registering to vote, attending town hall meetings, and supporting the campaigns of political candidates who share our goals in taxing and regulating online poker in the U.S.

Our second guest this week is cash game specialist Mike "ShipItThisWay" McNeil, who currently multi-tables $1,000 Heads-Up Sit & Go's and higher stakes cash games. Mike credits the instructors at www.cardrunners.com for a good portion of his cash game success, and has also had success in online and live tournaments. Mike will talk about his experiences as a high-stakes player and will poke fun at colleague "LatestLines2" Joe Ward.
