PACOOP: Overlays Dominate Sunday, 'soccerdad29' Wins Sunday Special SE
Poker players in Pennsylvania have been flocking to the PokerStars Pennsylvania Championship of Online Poker events so much so that PokerStars has twice upped the guarantees on a number of the events to meet the demand. Sunday’s six-event schedule was the first time since PACOOP started that a majority of the events failed to meet the posted guarantee as four of the six tournaments had an overlay.
‘jkat333’ Tops 350 Marathon Runners
The first event on Sunday’s slate had no problem meeting the guarantee. ‘jkat333‘ topped the 350-entry field in Event #24 ($100 Marathon NLHE) for a $5,986.75 score. Runner-up ‘jobrashin55‘ took home $4,398.18 while ‘dontphnkwmy<3‘ had to settle for $3,231.30 as the third place finisher.
The tournament had a $30,000 guarantee and ended up surpassing that by $2,130 thanks to 258 unique entries and 92-re-entries.

‘NeolithicFarmer’ Hunts Chips, Gathers Victory in PLO
The great game of Pot Limit Omaha was represented on Sunday but was the first tournament of the day to have an overlay. Just 76 unique players created a 113-entry field in Event #25 ($100 Pot Limit Omaha) to fall $1,626.60 short of the $12,000 guarantee.
‘NeolithicFarmer‘ beat ‘A Frequent ?‘ heads-up to win the PACOOP title and $2,773.72. ‘A Frequent ?’ took home $2,064 for their efforts while ‘EpicJoe Jr‘ ended up with a bronze medal and $1,535.92.

After outlasting 177 other entries, ‘luap2015‘ defeated ‘Ambiter‘ heads-up to win Event #26 ($150 NLHE w/Big Antes) for $6,012. ‘Ambiter’ took home $4,361.23 and ‘bhall6334‘ earned $31,63.80 as the third-place finisher.
The event had 179 total entries for 128 unique players for a $5,231.70 overlay on a $30,000 guarantee.

The biggest guarantee on the 2019 PACOOP schedule to date ended up being just a bit too big, apparently. Event #27 ($300 Sunday Special SE) had a $60,000 guarantee and needed 215 players to make that number but the 138 unique players rebought 63 times to fall $3,720 short.
Taking home the lion’s share of that $60,000 was ‘soccerdad29‘. Beating ‘ToddLaxmen’ heads-up earned ‘soccerdad29’ $11,797.95 and a PACOOP title while ‘ToddLaxmen‘ earned $9,001.21. Third-place finisher ‘youbestnotmiss‘ pocketed $6,867.51.

Event #28 ($200 NLHE Progressive KO) also had an overly, albeit a small one, but ‘chucksaucey‘ was more than happy to take advantage and topped the 184-entry field to win $3,985.68 from the prize pool and an impressive $4,950.57 in bounties.
The final bounty that ‘chucksaucey925’ picked up on Sunday was ‘KERMIT_the_FROG‘, the runner-up pocketed $2,988.78 from the prize pool and $1,970.42 in bounties.
Third-place finisher ‘MiracleManDan‘ collected $2,241.26 and an additional $284.82 in bounties.
