PocketFives Rankings: Fresh_Oo_D Up 13 Spots to #6

We may have a free-for-all on our hands at the top of the PocketFives Online Poker Rankings. Aaron aguskbGustavson is still #1, but his PLB score of 6,854 points is well within striking distance of a few other PocketFivers, one of whom is Fresh_Oo_D (pictured).

Fresh_Oo_D moved up 13 spots this week from #19 to #6 after a blockbuster Monday in which he won the $530 Monday PLO Six-Max and a WCOOP Second Chance tournament for over $50,000 total. That day, he raked in over 700 PLB Points, the metric used to determine the Rankings, helping vault him to the upper echelons of the leaderboard.

Fresh_Oo_D has had eight wins in tournaments we track since September 15, bringing his career total to 211. Last Wednesday, he hit $4 million in online MTT winnings and is the top-ranked PocketFiver in Austria.

We had four new entrants into the top 10 this week. Tiny_molester, who was the top 10 bubble boy last week, reached #4 on Wednesday. His Monday consisted of winning the PokerStars $109 Cubed for $10,000 and finishing second in a WCOOP $1,050 PLO Hi-Lo event for another $41,000. This is the highest the top-ranked Australian has ever been on PocketFives.

Another Australian, mjw006, cracked the top 10 this week, moving up eight spots to #8. He won a WCOOP $215 Cubed bracelet last week for a whopping $82,000 and pulled in almost 700 PLB Points. His all-time high in the Rankings is #4, which the Australian achieved in 2013. He’s the top-ranked player in Sydney.

Davide girex91Marchi also made waves this week, moving up 30 spots to #10. This is the highest he has ever been ranked on PocketFives and he has been on a tear over the last week, winning the 888 Poker Whale, PokerStars Big $109, 888 Tornado, PokerStars.it Hot €50 Turbo, and PokerStars.fr Six-Max Club. Marchi calls Malta home.

Finally this week, we wanted to talk about C Darwin2, who hit $3 million in career online tournament winnings on Tuesday and moved up 50 spots in the Rankings to #15 in the world. His big hit was a win in the Winamax W Series Main Event for almost $200,000 and over 1,000 PLB Points. He is averaging $1,774 per tracked cash and is now at his all-time apex in the Rankings.
