For the second straight week, there’s a new #1 player atop the PocketFives Online Poker Rankings. This time, it’s Costa Rica’s Brian brianm15England (pictured), who reached the apex of the Rankings for the first time ever. He was up three spots on the week and supplanted Sweden’s lukethafluke, who fell to #2 worldwide. England has $3.3 million in tracked scores in his PocketFives profile.

England finished third in the PokerStars$265 No Limit Hold’em Knockout three days ago for $10,000 and won the site’s $109 Cubed on January 21 for another $12,000. At the beginning of the month, England took down the Full Tilt Multi-Hundo for $17,000, his third and final five-figure cash of 2014 so far. England is up on lukethafluke by 115 PLB Points.

Also climbing high this week was Sweden’s Anton Herrmann, who is known as VnilaVaderon PocketFives. Herrmann jumped 11 spots to #6 worldwide after winning the 888 Poker Mega Deep over the weekend for $33,000 and a windfall of 369 PLB Points.
