The PocketFives Online Poker Rankingswere recalculated on Wednesday. One of the biggest jumps of the week belonged to NeverScaredB, who rose from #22 worldwide to #10, cracking the top 10 for the first time ever. NeverScaredB had a rock solid April that included a win in the PokerStars Big $162 for $21,000. He also took down the same tournament on the second-to-last day of March for $25,000. NeverScaredB is the top ranked player in Vancouver and #3 in his home country of Canada.

After jumping 42 spots in the Rankingslast week, Jon PearlJammer Turner (pictured) incredibly rose another 28 this week to land at #18. That means over the last two weeks, Turner has moved up 70 spots in the top 100. Turner has $6.4 million in tracked cashes in his PocketFives profile, the third highest tally of all-time.

Turner’s recent scores include a win in the PokerStars Hotter $55 on April 28 for $26,000 and victories in the site’s $30,000 Guaranteed and $65,000 Guaranteed for $11,000 and $14,000, respectively, one day prior. PearlJammer also took down the $30,000 Guaranteed on April 16 for $11,000 and booked a victory in the Hot $55 for $12,000 on the two-year anniversary of Black Friday. Earlier in the month, he won the Hotter $75 for $19,000. It’s easy to see why he has moved up 70 spots in the Rankings in just two short weeks.

Another Canadian making waves this week was little kraut, who landed at #59, up 28 spots. In March, little kraut could be found at #23 worldwide and has more than 50 tracked scores in the last week alone. On Tuesday, he took down the PokerStars $215 No Limit Hold’em Turbo 2X Chance for $9,000 and 190 PLB Points.

One familiar face to return to the Rankings this week was poker author Jon apestyles Van Fleet (pictured), who reentered at #80. Lest we forget that in November 2007, Van Fleet peaked at #3 worldwide, so cracking the top 100 is certainly nothing new. Van Fleet took second in last weekend’s Sunday Second Chance for $35,000 officially. In the beginning of March, he was the runner-up in the PokerStars $215 Rebuy for $16,000.

Van Fleet has been a member of PocketFives since our first year in operation in 2005 and owns $5.3 million in tracked scores. He is #3 in Vancouver and has over 2,100 tracked in the money finishes in online poker MTTs, two-thirds of which have come on PokerStars.

Mexico is home to two of the three top ranked players this week, while Canada has four of the top 12. Seven countries are represented in the top 10: Mexico, Belarus, Canada, Costa Rica, Ukraine, Russia, and Brazil.
