PocketFives US Poker League Returns January 6
If you haven’t already heard, PocketFives has teamed up with TexasHoldem.comto bring you a free weekly online poker league for US players. The games run every Wednesday night at 9pm ET and monthly and weekly prizes are awarded. So, even if you can’t make every game in a month, there’s still plenty to play for each week. League games generally attract around 300 players. Here are the cash prizes on the line each week. The top 20 players will finish in the money:
1st place: $40
2nd place: $25
3rd place: $20
4th place: $15
5th place: $15
6th place: $10
7th place: $10
8th place: $10
9th place: $10
10th place: $5
11th place: $5
12th place: $5
13th place: $5
14th place: $5
15th place: $5
16th place: $5
17th place: $4
18th place: $2
19th place: $2
20th place: $2
Each month, the top three overall finishers based on their performance each week will take home cash:
1st place: $200
2nd place: $100
3rd place: $50
You’ll need a code in order to register for the League game each week, and you can find it in the first post in our Official League Thread. We’ll post the code for the game on January 6 on Monday, so keep an eye out for it in the thread. We’ll also announce the winners from December on Monday. For access to the League, sign up for TexasHoldem.com. Then, look in the main tournament lobby for each game, sign up, and log back in when it’s game time. Your table will automatically open when the tournament starts. January’s games will take place on:
