Friday’s POWERFEST schedule on partypoker might have felt a little lighter than previous days, but that doesn’t mean that the posted guarantees were ever in danger of falling. No Super High Roller events on the schedule but five High Roller events made for over $700,000 in prize pools.

This time last year, ‘imakeusweat‘ was well on their way to winning three POWERFEST titles in a two-week span. On Friday, they were the biggest winner after beating out 195 players in Event #53-HR ($1,050 Mix Max NLHE PKO). The win came with $17,895.68 from the prize pool and a staggering $34,576.23 worth of bounties. ‘CharlesBarkley‘ came in second place for $17,876.05 and $4,446.08 in bounties while ‘SnoutMySprout‘ rounded out the podium finishers and earned $12,575.96 plus $1,706.25 in bounties.

‘Johnni_blue99‘ won Event #49-HR ($530 NLHE Grind) for $20,138.30. One spot behind them was ‘John Coffey13‘ who picked up $14,469. Third place went to ‘basketlove‘ for $10,556. The event drew 182 runners for a $91,000 prize pool.

Event #51-HR ($530 Six Max PLO PKO) had just 111 entries, but ‘DR.Summer69‘ topped all of them to win $5,315.73 and pick up $6,806.62 in bounties. Already a regular at POWERFEST final tables, ‘Labasrytas‘ picked up a second-place finish for $5,310.08 and another $4,115.94 in bounties. Coming in third earned ‘eggtoi‘ $3,750.25 and an additional $885.93 in bounties.

‘frenchsniperrr‘ picked off the competition in Event #52-HR ($530 NLHE PKO Fast) to win $8,061.11 and collected $13,965.96 worth of bounties. The final victim, ‘RiverShove‘ won $8,051.08 from the prize pool and another $2,079.51 in bounties while third place ‘bitw1‘ added grabbed $5,742.68 from the prize pool and another $852.13 from bounties.

A marriage of Pot Limit Omaha 8-or-better and PKO in Event #54-HR ($530 PLO8 PKO) culminated in 92 players building a $47,150 prize pool. ‘freestylee‘ took it down for $4,627.31 and $9,825.44 in bounties. Runner-up ‘ArrancadadoKurt‘ won $4,622.70 plus $2,249.72 in bounties while ‘KaKaRoTo_AJU‘ took home $3,250 and $623.44 in bounties for coming in third place.
