POWERFEST: Title and Runner-up Finish for 'kellerassel0', $40K Win
We’re now officially in the final week of partypoker POWERFEST, and the action is still going strong.
Monday saw ten new champions crowned in the High and High Roller tier events, with ‘lincownz’ ending it as the day’s biggest winner. The Brazilian took down $1,050 No Limit Hold’em Six-Max Progressive Knock-out for $34,682.46, as well as $42,640 in bounties.
However, it was ‘kellerassel0’ who stole the headlines, with two fantastic performances taking place simultaneously. The German player, also known as ‘cube.com’, not only won a title in Event #101 High: $215 No Limit Hold’em for $21,212.32; they then finished second in Event #102 High Roller: $530 No Limit Hold’em Progressive Knock-out for an additional $13,768.50 + $5,494 in bounties.
‘jaimelaviande’ was the champ in the latter of those two events, adding $19,195.50 (+ $17,610) to their bankroll.
Other winners on the day include ‘SirStanleyRoyce’, ‘PERUYI’, ‘alex2pairs’, ‘WrightStuff82’, ‘TullaMoreFan12’, ‘alenemor36’, and ‘JoAllInDK’.
