With the 2017 World Series of Poker now over, most of the players at the top of the PocketFives Rankings have made their way home from Las Vegas and some have made sure the rest of the online poker world knows.

Holding down the top spot again this week is ‘C Darwin2‘ and he did it by reminding the rest of the contenders just how dominant he can be. On July 16 he won the partypoker Heavyweight: Drago for $7,760 and 200 PLB points then finished runner-up in the partypoker High Roller for $11,446 and 183.07. Two days later he went back to the top of the podium, winning the partypoker High Roller for $10,635 and 189.74 points. He’s now the only player with over 9,000 PLB points.

lena900‘ also put up some results immediately after getting back online. On July 15, one day after putting up eight smaller cashes, ‘lena900’ won the PokerStars Big $215 for $8,057/202.98. He then won the partypoker High Roller on July 18 for $10,699/173.21.

The only change in the top 10 this week came in the #3 and #4 spots. ‘Ariados‘ moved up to #3 while
Robin ‘inhoo’ Ylitalo fell to #4.

Andreas ‘r4ndomr4gs’ Berggren rounds out the top five – a group comprised entirely of Swedish players for the third consecutive week. Seven of the top 10 and eight of the top 11 ranked players call Sweden home.

The biggest upward mover outside of the top 10 is Croatian Ivan ‘Banicivan’ Banic who went from #21 to #16 thanks to six qualifying cashes. Banic won the 888poker Crocodile on July 15, the 888poker Sunday Lightning and PokerStars $320 Six Max and finished seventh in the partypoker High Roller on July 16, finished third in the 888poker Hurricane on July 18 and then wrapped up the week taking down the 888poker Crocodile on July 19. Those six scores earned him $31,504 and added 778.28 points to his total.
