'C Darwin2' celebrates his third straight month as the #1-ranked player in the world.

It may be a different week, but it’s the same name at the top of the PocketFives.com Worldwide Rankings as ‘C Darwin2’ continues to hold down the top spot.

The #1-ranked Swede put together three qualifying PLB cashes, including a victory in Event #7 in PokerStars High Roller Series ($10,300 No Limit Hold’em 8-Max) for $267,407 and over 1,100 PLB points. The score is a career-high cash for the legendary ’C Darwin2’ and propels him to over $8.6 million in career earnings. After yet another profitable week, the Swede now holds an over 2000 point lead over the #2-ranked ‘lena900’.

While ‘lena900’ does continues to hold steady at #2, he failed to post any qualifying PLB points opening the door for Malta’s #3-ranked Steven ’SvZff’ van Zadelhoff. van Zadelhoff’s total PLB points rose from last week to narrow an over 850 point gap to now rest a mere 107 points behind ‘lena900’. With a constant stream of high roller events and both players putting in steady grinds, there will likely be a heated battle for the #2 spot next week.

‘European’ returns after a near two week hiatus to surpass ‘Ramiro’ to take the #4-ranking. On the back of five qualifying cashes that totaled over 1000 PLB points, ‘European’ made a final table appearance in Event #7 of the PokerStars High Roller series for $35,853.

Hungary’s Andres ‘probirs’ Nemeth shoots up three spots to #6 after picking up four four-figure scores totaling over $118,000, putting him just $400 shy of $7.5 million in lifetime earnings.

Russia’s ‘hellohellohello’ (#7) and Conor ‘1_conor_b_1’ Beresford (#8) retain their same positions in the rankings as last week, while Roman ‘Romeopro’ Romanovsky slipped to #9.

Other notable Top 25 moves include ‘GINS FINEST’  from Canada skyrocketing to a career-high ranking of #14 after last week being ranked #60. After winning the PokerStars Sunday Million for $161,238 he went on a week-long heater, that included a victory in Event #5 of PokerStars High Rollers Series for another $65,626. In total ‘GINS FINEST’ racked up eight qualifying cashes for over 2,600 PLB points.

Also, despite slipping out of the Top 25, Andreas ‘r4ndomr4gs’ Berggren became only the seventh player to ever pass the $10 million lifetime earnings mark.
