David 'bewater' Goodman continues his run as Nevada's #1.

There’s a new #1-ranked player in Nevada as David ‘bewater’ Goodman had himself a massive month of June to reach a new career-high ranking.

Goodman (3,944.96 PLB points) ran hot in the month of June, turning in 13 podium finishes, eight of which were outright victories for combined total earnings of just over $126,000. Benefitting from the swelling prize pools of the WSOP.com’s recently implemented shared liquidity with New Jersey and Delaware, Goodman had four five-figure scores including his victory in the WSOP OC Event #66 for $36,797. He also finished the month strong with another $26,587 score in WSOP’s OC #102 High Roller.

In addition to the money he scooped up, Goodman piled on the PLB points. In the month of June, the Las Vegas resident accumulated a mammoth 2,124.95 points helping him surge, not just to Nevada’s #1 spot, but to #274 in the world.

While all of that is well and fine, Goodman rode his hot streak right into the 49th Annual World Series of Poker where he finished as the runner-up in one of the four online bracelet events, Event #63: $3,200 WSOP.com Online High Roller for another $212,022.

Basically, right now, it’s good to be Goodman.

Holding down the #2-rank in June is Reno regular Jed ‘JCHAK’ Hoffman (3,255.76). Hoffman, who has spent the better part of the summer firing in WSOP live events, did not neglect his online grind and put together a nice month of his own. Hoffman’s managed a pair of five-figure scores including a victory in WSOP.com’s OC Event #47 for just over $16,000 and 243.75 PLB points. In total, Hoffman earned 857.77 PLB points and just north of $41,000 in online earnings for June.

While it doesn’t count for his online resume, Hoffman also managed to end the month on a positive note by finishing in 71st place during WSOP Event #62: $888 Crazy Eights for roughly another $10,000.

Nevada’s former #1-ranked player, Bobby ‘bcm4924’ McLawhorn (3,116.49) sits in the #3 spot for June. He’s back on the grind and picked up a highlight cash of just under $7,000 for a third-place finish in WSOP.com’s OC Event #19 on June 6. That’s the same result that helped propel Las Vegas’ McLawhorn to over $700,000 in lifetime earnings.

‘wsopfreezer’ (2,487.24) posted over 55 results in June. This including a final table finish in WSOP.com’s OC Event #38 for $12,518 and 192.19 PLB points, helping him secure the #4 ranking for June. In total, ‘wsopfreezer’ banked six four-figure scores en route to earning his $500,000 lifetime earnings badge.

Rounding out Nevada’s top 5 is ‘Power’ (2,089.18) who gathered 820.74 PLB points on the back of a nice mid-month heater. In the course of 24-hours ‘Power’ posted four PLB-qualifying results, three of which were victories with four-figure paydays. He finished in first during WSOP.com’s OC Event #37 for $7,454 on June 11. Then the very next day he booked wins in the $5,000 Daily Freezeout and the $7,000 Daily R&A for a total of $4,200.
