Don’t look now, but the PocketFives Rankings could be in for a shake-up over the next five or six weeks as a number of the top-ranked players have made their way to Las Vegas for the 2017 World Series of Poker, giving those not making the trip an opportunity to catch up or even pass those above them.

The top 10 rankings saw very little change this week, with only one player moving back into the top 10 and two players switching spots.

Both ‘lena900’ and ‘inhoo’ are apparently already in Las Vegas chasing down bracelets and big scores. The two Swedes maintained their respective #1 and #2 ranking this week despite the fact that neither of them recorded a single cash this past week. This marks the third straight week that ‘lena900’ has held the top spot.

While those two Swedes have had to put away their mouse, #3-ranked ‘C Darwin2’ is still putting up scores. One of his 19 cashes over the last seven days was good enough to add to his PLB score. Topping a 68-player field in the PokerStars Omania High Roller on June 15 earned $5,789.59 and 142.83 PLB points. He now sits 172.73 points behind ‘inhoo’.

The first sign of movement in the top 10 came at #6, where Nicolas ‘PokerKaiser’ Fierro and Andres ‘probirs’ Nemeth swapped spots. Fierro moved up to #6 after finishing first in a partypoker High Roller on June 9. He walked away with $14,311 and 255.93 points. Nemeth meanwhile only had three cashes total, none good enough to earn him any points.

Despite being in Las Vegas for the WSOP, Patrick ‘pleno1’ Leonard moved up from #12 to #9 as some of the older scores for players around him dropped off.
