One of the busiest two-week spans in the online poker tournament schedule is just hours away and Sweden’s ‘lena900‘ enters into it as the top-ranked online poker player in the world for the seventh straight week.

‘Lena900’ had four cashes big enough this week to add to his PLB points total. he finished fourth in the partypoker Super High Roller on Sunday for $11,255 and 144.36 points. He followed that up on Monday with a win in the partypoker High Roller for $8,775/144.91 and a runner-up finish in the PokerStars Big $215 for $7,614/153.31. On Wednesday he wrapped up his week finishing second in the $320 Omania High Roller on PokerStars for $7,935/155.01. He now leads the rest of the field by 892.22 points, the widest gap between any two consecutive spots in the top 10.

Former #1-ranked Fabrizio ‘SixthSenSe19’ Gonzalez held on to the #2 spot after a week that saw him cash just 15 times, with only one finish good enough to add to his PLB score. Gonzalez finished second in the partypoker Heavyweight Uppercut on May 3 for $6,710 and 147.52 points.There is just a 105.67 point difference between Gonzalez and #3-ranked ‘C Darwin2’, who had a score big enough to help him close the gap. ‘C Darwin2‘ beat ou 95 other players to win the $600 buy-in Volcano on 888poker for $14,125 and 237.7 points.

The only change in the top 10 this week came at the #5 spot and Nicolas ‘PokerKaiser’ Fierro and ‘girafganger7‘ swapped spot. Neither player was able to put up a score big enough to add points, but ‘girafganger7’ had some scores mature off of his total to cause the swap.

The hottest player this week was clearly Andreas ‘r4ndomr4gs’ Berggren. The Swedish pro managed to record two Triple Crowns – one on April 27 and the second on May 1. Over the last nine days he’s earned 1,165.28 points.
