Charlie Carrel is having himself a pretty good spring. Nine days ago the English poker pro picked up a $600,000 score in a World Poker Tour Online Super High Roller Event. On Sunday he won a PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker title for the third time in his career.

Carrel beat Owain ‘Sngwonder’ Carey heads-up to win Event #70 High ($530 NLHE PKO) to take home $67,468.09 from the prize pool and another $43,912.43 from bounties. Carey wound up with $67,466.41 from the prize pool plus $19,840.02 in bounties. Third place finisher ‘HUMAN PIOSOLVER‘ finished in third place and pocketed $40,029.42 plus $15,742.63 in bounties.

PokerStars Ambassador Fintan ‘easywithaces’ Hand took his Twitch stream viewers on a championship-winning journey on Sunday. Hand topped the 409-player field in Event #69 High ($1,050 NLHE Afternoon Deep Stack) while streaming on Twitch to win his first SCOOP title and $73,652.88. France’s Antoine ‘A.Saout’ Saout fell one spot short of the title but was able to console himself with a $55,195.04 score. Third place went to Alex ‘Pwndidi’ Theologis for $41,363.02.

Sweden’s ‘WhatIfGod‘ won their second title of the series by beating fellow Swede Andreas ‘mrAndreeew’ Berggren heads-up in Event #76 High ($1,050 NLHE Turbo PKO Sunday Cooldown SE). ‘WhatIfGod’ previously won Event #38 High ($530 Heads-Up Turbo NLHE Progressive Total KO Zoom) for his first SCOOP title nine days earlier. That win earned them $37,691.13 while this victory came with a much bigger score of $76,688 from the prize pool and another $73,728.46 from bounties. Berggren took home $76,687.85 and another $14,087.89 while ‘shermdog50‘ finished third for $46,623.91 and $18,519.54 in bounties.
