Recent legislative events in the state of Kentucky surrounding the potential forfeiture of 141 domain names related to online gaming. In January, the Kentucky Court of Appeals voted 2-1 to overturn an earlier ruling that would have enabled the state of Kentucky to seize those 141 domain names. Now that the state of Kentucky has appealed the latest ruling, this case could be headed to the Kentucky State Supreme Court.

Jeff Ifrah is an attorney for the Interactive Gaming Council, and calls-in this week to inform our listeners about the case. Joe Brennan of iMEGA.org makes a return guest appearance on our show this week to update our listeners on U.S. legislative events surrounding the online poker industry in 2009 and beyond.
