Another Sunday, another Sunday Major title for the #1-ranked online poker player in the world

The #1 ranked online poker tournament player in the world had himself another great Sunday. ‘C Darwin2‘, of Sweden, once again finished atop the leaderboard when all was said and done in the partypoker Super High Roller event, taking home a cash prize of $52,246. He also finished second in the 888 Poker Baby Whale.

Brazilian ‘jessewigan‘ who goes by the name of ‘ezynow99‘ on PokerStars won the Sunday Million flagship event this weekend and received $144,914 following a heads-up final table chop. The cash prize award was the largest of the online tournament specialist’s career, with ‘ferdi123zzz‘ earning $120,560 upon finishing runner-up. In third place was ‘-t1me2sh1ne-‘ who took home $76,824 while Ole ‘wizowizo’ Schemion‘ walked away with $53,913 in fourth and Robert ‘TheCropSnagger’ James cashed for $37,835 in fifth.

The #41 ranked online tournament player in the world Bruno ‘brunovolks’ Volkmann of Brazil claimed an outright victory in the Stars Sunday Warm-Up for $48,595 as Joseph ‘jughead11’ Lacasse cashed for $34,940 in second place. The $1,050 buy-in No Limit Hold’em Sunday Grand tournament was won by ‘shahter98‘ for $38,933. The Pot Limit Omaha version of that event saw ‘the_eel_89‘ receive $28,776 for first place and ‘Strz‘ took down the Sunday Supersonic for $33,326.

Meanwhile Brazilian Luis Eduardo ‘GarlaEdu’ Assunção (ranked #447) was victorious in the $530 buy-in partypoker Heavyweight event for a score of $83,500.

The $215 buy-in Mega Deep tournament on 888poker was won by ‘Octopokes‘ who received an even $19,000. ‘BillyBon8‘ won the Baby Whale for a payday of $23,190.
