As is generally the case on a major holiday weekend, attendance was down in the Sunday majors, but there was still plenty of good action for tournament players. We at PocketFives.com would like to wish all of our members a happy and safe 2007, and as usual, we've followed here with a (slightly late) Sunday Recap.

Gobboboy (right)pulled off a rare feat on the last Sunday of 2006, reaching the final table of both the Sunday Million and the "Second Chance" $200 on PokerStars–two scores that combined for nearly $30k.

Hard2telwas also at that final table in the Sunday Million, which was a $1,000 buy in for the end of the fall quarter. At the second chance final table, in addition to gobboboy, were THE_ALPACA, who finished 2nd, Andy McLEOD, ZEKAGrinder, and Imper1um.

Annette_15 took 2nd in the $200 rebuy, and the next three finishers behind her were four6suited, feldliss, and gaffel. Bushmanfollowed up his win from the previous week in this event by taking 7th this week.

Full Tilt and UltimateBet also had their Sunday $200 events. In the $250k on Full Tilt, bubbagump22and PureCash25each had a spot at the final table, taking 5th and 6th place respectively. On UB, P5er randomizertook 7th place and long time successful online MTT player SailorLobellfinished 8th.
