This weekend Pocketfivers fared very well in the major tourneys, but that should come as no surprise to anyone. The Absolute150k, the Bodog100k, the Full TiltSunday Mulligan, and the PokerStars$200 rebuy were all won by Pocketfivers. One of the big winners was eisenhower1 (pictured), who took down the Bodog 100k for $25,000. Community members also posted some huge cashes in the other majors, including second place finishes in each of the PokerStars events.

Gator93 was the runner up in the Bodog 100k, where he plays as SlowrollinWorm. He made a second final table on Sunday in the Full Tilt Mulligan where he finished 5th. The two cashes combined for almost $25k. Gator was not alone at the Sunday Mulligan final table, however. Raptor517 finished 7th, pga_hopeful came in 4th and D Ro posted a huge score of $37,271 for his first place finish.

The 750k on Full Tilt generated a lot of excitement for the Pocketfives community, as five members made the final table, including big name players SN8MAN, JBDenaro857,and All In At 420. In ninth place, thechemist83 had to settle for a 10k payday, while the fan favorites All In at 420, JBDenaro857, and SN8MAN finished 7th, 6th, and 5th. Pocketfivers weren’t done by any means, however, as two quieter community members finished in the top three. Dal, who plays as ZOLTAN on Full Tilt came third, and jpmetalman was involved in a heads up battle that went back and forth a few times. He ended up in second after losing two huge pots in a row, but received an $80k payday as consolation prize.

Another very exciting tournament for the Pocketfives community was the Sunday Warm-Up, which featured a stacked final table, including BeL0WaB0Ve, apestyles and SCTrojans. Aconsuma also made this final table, finishing 8th and SCTrojans went out 6th. BeL0WaB0Ve and apesytles were in it to the end, but fell just short, finishing second and third respectively.

All poker players want to win, but poker is about profit and there was plenty of profit to be had on Pokerstars this Sunday for those who made it deep in the major tourneys. Pocketfivers ended up taking second place in the Sunday Warm-Up, the Second Chance and the Sunday Million. Each of them is probably kicking themselves for missing that big chance, but the three runner-ups earned $165,000 between them, so don’t feel too sorry for them. As already mentioned, BeL0WaB0Ve took second in the Warm-UP, PMJackson21 (pictured) finished second in the Second Chance, and BrainGuy, known on Pocketfives as mmmmmbeeer, took second place in the Sunday Million, which was worth $97,115.

Other finishers in the big-field events on Pokerstars were RaSZi (8th),tuition911 (7th), Tim0thee(5th), pghchipstack (4th), and iacog4 (3rd), who along with PMJackson21 dominated the Second chance. AndersBR took third in the Sunday Million for a very healthy $69k score. The $200 rebuy on stars is always packed with Pocketfivers, and this week was no different. BrainGuy final tabled this event, padding his Sunday Million score with a modest 7.6k for seventh place. Kenny Rap finished 6th, SCTrojans came in third, Asiandude77was second, and Tim0thee in a bust-out weekend took first for almost 60k.

Just a few short weeks in advance of the Aruba Poker Classic, Ultimate Bet took a bold move in promoting their flagship live event. They cancelled the Sunday 200k in lieu of the $500 buy-in 50 seat guarantee mega satellite to Aruba. At a glance the Pocketfivers who punched their ticket to paradise in this tourney were gboro780, the_dean22, thechemist83,shipitthisway, brsavage, and sowerss.

Meanwhile, in the absence of the 200k, the $500 buy-in $75k guaranteed drew a little larger field than usual. Pocketfivers did well in this tournament finishing 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, and 10th and taking home $35,000 of the $88k up for grabs. Allinstevie was the top finisher in second, followed by cool0813. Roothlus was at one point gunning for the chip lead at the final table, but had to settle for fifth. PearlJammer and gank finished 8th and 10th respectively.

As far as the Pocketfives player search could tell, the community was shut out of the Party Poker 300k this Sunday, but there was a very special event over on Titan Poker. A $1,000 buy-in, one million dollar guaranteed tournament that offered a sweet 100k overlay to the 900 players who signed up. Pocketfiver Tork took sixth in this tourney, and the relatively flat payout earned him $40,000.

Last, but not least, it was a big weekend for Pocketfivers on Absolute where they took 1st, 2nd, and 6th in the 150k. PERCS aka toetagutook 6th, and the two top spots were taken by HIXXand PIST0NH0NDA. This is a very nice score for PIST0NH0NDA and up and coming player. He has had plenty of smaller five figure cashes and a couple 9k scores, but this win is his first that Pocketfives has tracked over 10k. Hopefully it is the first of many.

Congrats to everyone who cashed this weekend! Here are the results:
