For the second time in his career, veeea(pictured) has won the PocketFives Monthly PLB, or MPLB. And this time, he ran away with it, defeating the second place player by 300 points to tally a score of 3,164. His first MPLB win came in August 2014 and was worth 3,108 points.

veeea racked up 57 in the money finishes over the course of the month to run away with the title, but several of his scores were quite massive. For example, on the first day of November, veeea won the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl for $10,000. Yes, that tournament has gotten smaller over the last year, but it’s a Sunday Major nonetheless.

A week later, veeea found the winner’s circle of the Full Tilt Super Sized Sunday for over $7,300. One week after that on November 15, he turned in one of the more epic Sundays we’ve seen, winning both the Sunday Million and Bigger $109 outright for almost $225,000 total. The former was his largest score for the month and resulted in a windfall of $183,000 in cash and 1,088 PLB Points. He recorded two of his seven largest scores ever during the month of November.

veeea is up to $4.7 million in career online tournament winnings and has, not surprisingly, moved all the way up to #2 worldwide in the PocketFives Rankings, the highest he has ever been ranked.
